I wax it regularly, what do I need permagard for?

Then our advice to you is STOP! unless you are extremely careful and enjoy wasting your time, you probably do more damage to your paint by regular waxing than not.

Wax is soft and non-durable. During the day it heats up and softens, later cooling and re-hardening, trapping all the grime and industrial fallout picked up during the day in its surface. Next time you wash your expensive asset that same grime and dust acts like sandpaper, scratching your valuable paint - you see this as the swirl marks, like spider webs all over your vehicle.

Most other kinds of "quick-fix" and "no-effort" products on the market are silicone based, like the furniture polish you might use at home. The problem with these again is no durability, so there's no long term protection. Even worse, in the event your vehicle requires repainting (e.g. after an accident or deep scratch) the silicone residues can cause massive problems - the new paint won't stick and may even bubble up some time later. You'll blame your body shop for poor workmanship, but in fact the cause is the silicone based polish you have been using and which they had no knowledge of!

For boats which are generally under much greater attack from corrosive salt and intense UV rays, its even more critical not to take a chance with long term protection, not to mention the greater cost and inconvenience of servicing a boat.

Permagard is totally unlike anything else you've ever tried: its as permanent as the paint on your car or boat, does not soften and therefore cannot trap dirt, and in the event of re-spraying we guarantee its totally 100% compatible with paint.

Save yourself the time and effort of constantly re-waxing your car or boat: get it permagarded on day 1 and spend your time instead enjoying driving or piloting it, not waxing it!

Permagard is 100% compatible with paint!
